CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to booking minimum stay. Please inquire to check what conditions apply to your preferred stay.

Client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.

Free Cancelation - Cancel anytime currently applies for bookings shorter than 7days

BOOKING TERMS

$0 Deposit at time of reservation

$500 Security Deposit charged with reservation booking payment.

Security Deposit to be reimbursed in full on check-out or within 5 business days subject to an inspection of the property

Final payment due 3 days prior to arrival.

We accept ($US cash at the property), Paypal Transfer and Credit cards, e-transfer, wire transfer.

Check-in / Check-Out

You need to let the property know what time you'll be arriving in advance.

Check-in : 2:00 pm

Check-Out: 11:00 am

Child policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Children 6 and above are considered adults at this property.

Quiet Hours Policy :

Guests need be quiet between 11:00pm and 7:00 AM.

Smoking Policy :

Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors.

Parties Policy :

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

All Reservations between December 15 and January 15 - “Festive Season” are non-refundable.
