Availability will have to be confirmed as we accept bookings from various other sources and Calendar may not be up-to-date 

★★★★★ The fine print ★★★★★ Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance. You can contact us directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show ID upon check-in and at Security entrance. Reservations cannot be modified by guests. We are always available via messages or e-mail.

Please note that the electricity use is charged separately at check out based on meter readings and current rate per kw.  Guests are required to provide cardholder's ID and to sign an agreement and waiver at check-in or electronically. 

The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Swimming pool water contamination will be subject so separate cleaning charges as applicable.

Payment before arrival is required.
